As a member of the creative team, you will be involved in the assembly, preparation and post-production and retouching of images and videos of AI models, in collaboration with our fashion designers and art directors in Shanghai, Athens and Paris. You'll be an essential link in our visual creation chain, combining aesthetic excellence with technical rigor.

• ✔ Passion for fashion and luxury and for the anatomy of the human body (proportions, silhouettes, clothing...).
  

• ✔ Advanced mastery of Photoshop (fast workflow, layers, masks, shortcuts...)

• ✔ Interest in AI-assisted art (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Dall-E...)
  

• ✔ Exemplary file organization (naming, clean structure)

Mission:
Assist the CEO in managing customer relations and projects, ensuring smooth onboarding, constant communication and effective coordination between customers and the China-based creative studio.

Responsibilities :

• Customer Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new customers to ensure a smooth and efficient start to their collaboration with Artcare.

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers through regular communication and proactive support.

• Project management (customer side) :

  • Prepare customer presentations.

  • Communicate project schedules and updates.

  • Be the main point of contact for all customer questions and concerns (Customer Care).

• Interface with the Creative Studio: Coordinate with the Creative Studio in China to ensure that customer expectations are understood and met.

Skills & Profile :

• Student currently studying business, marketing, communications, fashion or a related field.

• Fluency in English and French required.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Autonomy and team spirit.

• Strong interest in luxury, fashion and artificial intelligence design.

We're looking for a Master's student (or equivalent) specializing in artificial intelligence and application development to join our tech team.

Your mission: to lay the technical foundations of our future platform, which will orchestrate and connect our AI pipeline (generation, retouching, validation, export...). You will also be involved in the technical aspects of training and using LLM or image generation tools, in direct collaboration with the founders and the technical team.

Key skills :

Indispensables :

• Solid grounding in Python, Git,API and/or web platform development

• Knowledge of React or an equivalent front-end framework

• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face

• First projects around LLM, or strong motivation to learn quickly (langchain, transformers, open models...).

• Understanding of best practices in dataset structuring and management

• Ability to document cleanly and work within a collaborative technical environment

Additional assets :

• Experience in model deployment (e.g. with FastAPI, Streamlit, Gradio, etc.)

• Knowledge of ML Ops / AI workflow automation issues

• Notions ofmicroservices architecture or integration in complex environments

• Interest or curiosity in creative uses of AI (image, voice, video)

• Experience with project management tools (Notion, Trello, GitHub Projects...)

Responsibilities

• Participate in the specification and development of the Artcare platform

• Design and develop internal tools to automate stages of the AI workflow we have set up

• Work on integrating generative and LLM models into the production environment

• Help structure and clean up proprietary datasets

• Actively monitor open-source models, frameworks and emerging tools
